When you use the public contact or consultation forms, the site may collect the information you enter directly, including name, email address, phone number, company or project context, preferred contact details, and any message or notes you choose to provide.
When you join a product interest list, such as the SOLINN System HUD Founding Beta list, the site may collect your name, email address, intended use, approximate number of Windows PCs, and explicit consent to be contacted about that product.
When you register interest as a potential System HUD partner, the site may collect your name, email address, company, channel, or community name, primary public or professional link, channel or work category, approximate audience-size range, expected promotion or recommendation model, country or region, interest in a future referral program, and explicit consent to be contacted about that possibility. Submitting the form does not approve or enroll you as a partner, and commercial terms are not final.
A product interest submission may also include limited context already available from the page request, including the source path, document referrer, UTM parameters, and an optional referral code. This context is used to understand how the inquiry reached the product page and is not a cross-session attribution system.
The forms also include limited technical and anti-abuse fields needed to process submissions safely, such as consent confirmation, a hidden bot-detection field, and basic submission timing metadata.
Submitted information may be used to review your request, respond to you, qualify the inquiry, continue relevant business communication, and maintain internal operational records related to that request.
System HUD user and partner interest submissions are currently validated and delivered through the site's email delivery flow for manual handling. The website does not currently add these submissions to a CRM or durable lead database, and joining either list does not use double opt-in.
Sending a form does not by itself place you into a broader marketing program or create a service relationship beyond handling the specific inquiry you submitted.
